For a week straight, I've been seeing patients at Yuan-Guo Hospital. We've had patients as old as 89 and 95 years old, as well as an 88-year-old with a fractured bone, all of whom were able to be discharged within 2 days. Furthermore, we've been conducting consecutive endoscopic minimally invasive surgeries, ultrasound-guided amniotic membrane injections, magnetic cranial stimulation therapy, and regenerative treatments. I take a cautious approach to patient care, prioritizing safety. I'd rather prescribe an extra medication or administer an additional injection than rush into surgery. I carefully weigh the necessity of surgical intervention, and unless there's loss of bowel or bladder control or severe weakness, immediate surgical action isn't always warranted. It's essential to ask questions, listen attentively, and gather information to avoid regrets later on.
